These are amazing! They are quick, easy, moist and delicious 🙂
Makes 12 large
125g soften unsalted butter
1/2tsp vanilla paste
200g SR Flour
45g cocoa powder
160 ml water
100g Old Gold Chocolate, broken into squares
100g whole walnuts
Place all ingredients into a food processor, Thermomix, or bowl and hand mixer (use chopped walnuts and chips if using a hand mixer).
Mix until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Food Processor and hand mixer about 30 seconds to 1 minute, Thermomix 4 sec sp 4. Scrape down sides of the bowl and repeat if necessary, being careful not to overmix.
Spoon mixture into prepared muffins tins (silicone trays sprayed with oil are my favourite). Bake at 180*c fan forced for 20 – 25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container or freeze in a ziplock bag.
